There are 3 production lines for circuit boards, and 18 production lines for assembly and testing. The production capacity is 30,000pcs per day. Through 18 years' unremitting efforts, our company has developed into a leading manufacturer integrating the research and development, production and sales. In order to adapt to the fierce market competition, our company carries out 6S Management, especially for the quality control department. In 2001, our company constantly strengthened and standardized the internal management and passed ISO9001 international quality system authentication. Shengbo has built an advanced enterprise technology center with first-class technical talents and more than 20 intermediate engineers. Our company specializes in self-generating environmental friendly products, adopting a variety of unique ways. Our company engages in developing and producing energy-saving electronic products for vehicles, household and travel, totaling 4 types and over 200 kinds. All of our products are CE, 3C & JET certified. Many products and technologies have their unique features. There are also many products declaring the patents. At present our company focuses on technology strength to develop new solar products. In order to develop overseas markets, our company has set up many branches integrating the marketing and services. They are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nantong of Jiangsu, Quzhou of Zhejiang, just to name a few. We have more than 200 services on the internet, to facilitate good communication with our customers. At present, we specialize in exporting, which accounts for 90% of our business. Our products are popular in 38 countries and continents, especially Europe, Africa, South East Asia, and America.
